Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Starter plan is free forever - no credit card required. A card is only needed when upgrading to Growth or Pro.
What counts as a "workflow analysis"?
Each time you upload or re-scan a .xaml or workflow file, that counts as one analysis. Viewing existing results, browsing history, or managing reviews does not count.
Which workflow platforms do you support?
UiPath has the deepest coverage today. Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism file intake are available, with rule coverage expanding over time.
What happens if I go over my monthly analysis limit?
You'll be notified when you approach the limit. Analyses pause until the next billing cycle - no surprise charges, ever.
Is my workflow data stored?
Yes. Flowcerta stores validation results so teams can review prior runs and compare later validations. You can delete stored workflow records, and enterprise procurement terms are handled directly with sales.
How is Flowcerta different from manual code review?
Manual review is slow and inconsistent across large workflow estates. Flowcerta applies the current governance ruleset automatically on upload, gives you a repeatable score and findings report, and keeps review history in one place.
Can I analyze workflows without connecting to UiPath Orchestrator?
Yes. Flowcerta works entirely on exported files. You upload a .xaml file directly - no Orchestrator access, no agent deployment, and no infrastructure changes required.
Stop flying blind on
your automation estate.
Most teams have workflows nobody's reviewed in months. Flowcerta shows you which ones are problems — before your auditors do.
